Mossy Nissan is giving away ten 4-packs of ski/snowboard lift tickets to Snow Valley Mountain Resort all month-long during our 90 days of play giveaway! Lift tickets are valid on any day of the Snow Valley 2022-2023 season or April 30, 2023 (whichever comes first). Hurry, you don't want to miss out on any snow "play days."

Good luck! Giveaway starts on Monday, February 6, and ends on Wednesday 2/22/23 at 6pm Pacific Standard Time. 3-4 winners will be chosen randomly per week each Thursday and notified via social media DMs. Final winners will be notified on Thursday, 2/23/23.

Official Contest Rules & Regulations:

Ten entrants will win a 4-pack of ski/snowboarding lift tickets to Snow Valley Mountain Resort in California, valued at $420, during the month of February 2023 courtesy of Mossy Nissan. Lift tickets are valid on any day of the Snow Valley 2022-2023 season or April 30, 2023 (whichever comes first). Other restrictions may apply. The 10 winners will be randomly chosen from the 90 days of Play Giveaway Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok contest post on Mossy Nissan’s social official media accounts. All entries must complete the following to be eligible to win:

Giveaway starts on Monday, 2/6/23, and ends on Wednesday 2/22/23 at 6pm Pacific Standard Time. Three to four winners will be chosen randomly per week every Thursday. Final winners will be notified on Thursday, 2/23/23. Winners will be notified via DM through their social media account and will be given 24 hours to claim prize from initial contact. Entrants will be responsible for picking up their prize from the Mossy Nissan dealership of their choice. Odds of winning depend on the number of entrants received. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these rules. Winners will be chosen and awarded at Mossy Nissan’s sole and absolute discretion. The prizes awarded are not transferable and not redeemable for cash.

Entry requirements must be completed by 11:59 PM PST on February 22, 2023 to be eligible. No purchase necessary.

All entries become the property of Mossy Nissan and will not be acknowledged or returned. By entering the contest, the entrant consents to the use of his/her name, entrant photo(s) and likeness in print, broadcast, internet, social media and other media for advertising, promotional and/or marketing purposes without compensation. All entrants’ information, including email addresses, is subject to the respective Privacy Policy of Mossy Nissan.

All entries via social media networks are subject to Mossy Nissan’s social media policy. Any social media entry found to not comply with the policy would be disqualified and removed from all social networks immediately.

Selection of Winner

10 winners will be selected from all valid entries. Entrants must enter the contest in the previously mentioned manners by 11:59 PM PST on February 22, 2023 to be eligible. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. All decisions made by Mossy Nissan are final. The winners will be announced and notified via their social media account on Thursday, 2/9/23, 2/16/23 & 2/23/23. Mossy Nissan will not be liable for inability to notify the winners, whether due to inaccurate entry information, social accounts set to private or otherwise. If an entrant is found ineligible or if they do not comply with the Official Rules, then the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. Entrants must be legal residents of the state of California and 18 years or older. Employees of Mossy Nissan and affiliates of its advertising and promotional agencies and their immediate families and any persons with whom they reside are not eligible.

By entering the contest and accepting the prize, the winners (a) releases Mossy Nissan from all liability with respect to this contest, including entry and participation and use of the prize awarded herein, and (b) except where legally prohibited, consents to the use of his/her name, entrant photo and likeness in print, broadcast, internet, social media and other media for advertising, promotional and/or marketing purposes without additional compensation.

Mossy Nissan reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this promotion. This contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
