Available to the following individuals with proof of eligibility: U.S. residents with a valid U.S. driver's license who are: (i) current U.S. Active and Reserve Military personnel, (ii) U.S. Military Veterans within 24 months of separation from Active or Reserve duty, (ii) U.S. Military Retirees who have completed at least 20 years of Active or Reserve duty, or (iii) U.S. military surviving spouse, child, or parent who provides dealer with a photocopy of DD-214, Summary of Benefits letter, or death certificate.
