- Tag one friend or family member you want to go to the fair with
- Must live in San Diego County, CA to win
Entries are only valid if posted on public social media accounts. Mossy Nissan is not able to see or qualify any entries posted on private accounts.
One entry per day, per person. The more you enter, the more chances you have to win.

Official Contest Rules & Regulations:
Seven entrants will win 4 tickets to the San Diego County Fair in Del Mar, CA, valued at $80, during the month of June 2024 courtesy of Mossy Nissan. Fair tickets are valid on select days through July 7, 2024. The 7 winners will be randomly chosen from Mossy Nissan’s Epic Summer “Fair Ticket” Giveaway on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok contest posts on Mossy Nissan’s social official media accounts. All entries must complete the following to be eligible to win:

All entries via social media networks are subject to Mossy Nissan’s social media policy. Any social media entry found to not comply with the policy would be disqualified and removed from all social networks immediately.
PROMOTION PERIOD:
Giveaway period begins June 17, 2024 at 9am PST, and ends on June 27, 2024 at 7:00 PM PST. No purchase necessary.
ELIGIBILITY:
This Promotion is only open to legal residents of the state of California who are at least 18 years old as of the date of entry and have a valid driver’s license. Employees of Mossy Nissan and affiliates of its advertising and promotional agencies and their immediate families and any persons with whom they reside are not eligible. This promotion is void outside the state of California.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:
Giveaway ends on Thursday, June 27, 2024 at 7pm Pacific Standard Time. 4 winners will be chosen randomly and will be notified on Thursday, 6/20/24. Another 3 winners will be chosen randomly and will be notified on Thursday, 6/27/24. Winners will be notified via DM through their social media account and will be given 24 hours to claim prize from initial contact. Mossy Nissan will not be liable for inability to notify the winners, whether due to inaccurate entry information, social media accounts set to private or otherwise. If an entrant is found ineligible or if they do not comply with the Official Rules, then the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. Entrants will be responsible for picking up their prize from the Mossy Nissan dealership of their choice. Odds of winning depend on the number of entrants received. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these rules. Winners will be chosen and awarded at Mossy Nissan’s sole and absolute discretion. The prizes awarded are not transferable and not redeemable for cash.
NO PRIZE TRANSFER OR SUBSTITUTION:
No prize or any portion thereof is transferable or redeemable for cash. Any portion of the prize that is not used is forfeited. No substitutions for prize except by Mossy Nissan, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted.
CONSENT AND RELEASE:
All entries become the property of Mossy Nissan and will not be acknowledged or returned. By entering the contest, the entrant consents to the use of his/her name, entrant photo(s) and likeness in print, broadcast, internet, social media and other media for advertising, promotional and/or marketing purposes without compensation. All entrants’ information, including email addresses, is subject to the respective Privacy Policy of Mossy Nissan.
By entering the contest and accepting the prize, the winners (a) releases Mossy Nissan from all liability with respect to this contest, including entry and participation and use of the prize awarded herein, and (b) except where legally prohibited, consents to the use of his/her name, entrant photo and likeness in print, broadcast, internet, social media and other media for advertising, promotional and/or marketing purposes without additional compensation.
Mossy Nissan reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this promotion. This contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. This promotion is in no way endorsed, administered, sponsored by or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok. By participating in this promotion you agree to release Facebook, Instagram and TikTok of any responsibility or liability for any damages or losses of any kind, including direct, indirect, incidental or consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the delivery, use or performance of the prize(s) or products and services purchased with the prize(s), including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
